Eligibility

Credit Packs are supplementary credits available to:
  • Users with an active monthly or yearly subscription
  • Lifetime Deal holders
Credit Packs are not available on the Free Plan.

Expiration and Reset Policy

Credit Pack credits are tied to the current monthly credit cycle. They expire at the next monthly credit reset and do not roll over. This rule also applies to yearly subscriptions: the pack expires on the next monthly credit reset date, not at the end of the yearly subscription.

Example

If the monthly credit cycle resets on January 15:
  • A pack purchased on January 1 is available until January 15.
  • A pack purchased on January 14 expires at the same reset on January 15.

Purchase Confirmation

Before completing the purchase, review the confirmation dialog. It shows the expiration date of the credits being purchased.

Refund Policy

Credit Pack purchases are final and non-refundable, including credits that remain unused when the monthly cycle resets.
