Naming note: BrowserAct calls the automation a Bot. The current Zapier action usesWorkflowandRun a Workflow; these labels refer to the corresponding BrowserAct Bot. AWorkflow IDshown in a legacy or third-party interface is the Bot ID.
Before You Start
Prepare the following:- A BrowserAct Bot that runs successfully
- The Bot’s required input values
- A BrowserAct API key
- A Zapier account
Integrations > Manage API Keys > Create New API Key. Enter a name, choose the confirmation mode, select Confirm, and copy the key.
Add BrowserAct to a Zap
- In Zapier, create a Zap or open an existing one.
- Configure the app and event that will trigger the Zap.
- Add an Action step.
- Search for and select
BrowserAct. - Select
Run a Workflowas the Action event.
Connect Your BrowserAct Account
- Select
Sign inor add a new BrowserAct connection. - Paste your BrowserAct API key when prompted.
- Save and select the connection.
Select a Bot
- Under
Search Workflows From, choose your own published Workflows or the Template Marketplace. - Select the Workflow that corresponds to the BrowserAct Bot.
- Complete the input fields shown for that Bot.
Map Bot Inputs
For each required Bot input, enter a fixed value or map data from the Zap trigger or an earlier step. For example, a Bot input namedcompany_url can receive a URL from a form submission, spreadsheet row, CRM record, or email.
Test the Action
- Test the BrowserAct Action with sample input values.
- Confirm that BrowserAct creates a Task.
- Review the returned fields in Zapier.
- If the Task fails, open it in BrowserAct to review the status and result.
Use Bot Results
Map the structured fields returned by BrowserAct to another Zapier app, such as:- Google Sheets
- Gmail
- Airtable
- Google Drive
- A CRM
- Slack or another notification app

Use Schedule by Zapier to run a BrowserAct Bot daily or at another supported interval.Enrich Form or CRM Data
